Troubleshooting – TiltSense Indicator

TiltSense indicator freezes after updating the monitor's software

TruSense camera heads can receive software updates from your CSx series monitor and from the CSx Via. The update takes 15 – 20 minutes and the TiltSense indicator may freeze until the update completes. 

• CSx Via – leave the system powered ON (i.e. app open) for 20 minutes to give the install a chance to complete
• CSx Monitor – you can see if an update is being installed:
  Menu > TruSense > Show More

TiltSense indicator becomes jerky, inaccurate, or disappears from the screen

• Update your monitor's software to the latest version:

• If you can't update immediately, you can restore TiltSense functionality until you have a chance to update:
  Menu > Info > Restore system settings to default
