TiltSense indicator freezes after updating the monitor's software
TruSense camera heads can receive software updates from your CSx series monitor. The TruSense indicator may freeze during the update, which takes 15 – 20 minutes. If you have a CSx series monitor you see if the camera head is receiving an update by looking at the progress indicator:
- Menu > TruSense > Show More
- NOTE for CSx Via users: the HQx Live app will not show that an update is being installed or its progress, give the update 20 minutes to install (keep the app open)

TiltSense indicator becomes jerky, inaccurate, or disappears from the screen
- Restore system settings to default: Menu > Info > Restore system settings to default
