TiltSense indicator freezes after updating the monitor's software
TruSense camera heads can receive software updates from your CSx series monitor and from the CSx Via. The update takes 15 – 20 minutes and the TiltSense indicator may freeze until the update completes.
- CSx Via – leave the system powered ON (i.e. app open) for 20 minutes to give the install a chance to complete
- CSx Monitor – you can see if an update is being installed:
Menu > TruSense > Show More
TiltSense indicator becomes jerky, inaccurate, or disappears from the screen
- Update your monitor's software to the latest version:

Menu > Info > Restore system settings to default
