Our extensive service network makes it easy to obtain high quality repairs for your SeeSnake, SeekTech, and NaviTrack inspection tools.

Minimize Shop Time, Save Money

SeeSnake systems allow on-site troubleshooting. Users can install software updates and replace common parts like the camera head, sonde, counter, and internal batteries.

Service Center Search Tool

Use the Service Center Search Tool to find an authorized repair center. Select either Diagnostics & Inspection or Locating in the category field.

Search results include three types of centers:

  • Independent service centers — a nationwide network of third-party repair shops
  • RIDGID Factory Service in Elyria, OH
  • SeeScan Service in San Diego, CA — factory service center

Centers that meet RIDGID's requirements for training, turnaround time, and parts stocking (including cable termination kits and refurbished camera heads) carry a Preferred badge.

Factory Service

Factory service is available at two locations:

RIDGID Factory Service — Elyria, OH

SeeScan Service — San Diego, CA

  • Phone: 858-244-6689 (Mon – Fri, 8am to 4pm Pacific Time)
  • General repairs and specialized, factory-only service (locator repair and calibration, monitor reflash, SSD reformat, TruSense counter programming)

Before You Ship

Return requirements vary. Contact the service center to confirm what they need. Typical requirements:

  • Description of the issue
  • Remove batteries
  • Only send the component(s) that need service

International users: RIDGID service centers and warranty terms vary by country. Visit ridgid.com and select your country for regional information.
