Independent Service Centers

Independent service centers vary in pricing, turn-time, and items serviced in-house vs. sent to RIDGID or SeeScan. Within the independent network, the Preferred badge identifies centers that stock common repair parts like cable termination kits and refurbished camera heads, and meet RIDGID's highest standards for training and turnaround time.

RIDGID Service Center — Elyria, OH

SeeScan Service — San Diego, CA

  • Cameras, monitors, and SeekTech/NaviTrack locators
  • Locator service (except keypad and LCD replacement) is performed at SeeScan

Minimize Shop Time, Save Money

Camera lights not working? Can't locate your sonde? Recording issues? Can't connect to the mobile app? A few minutes of DIY troubleshooting can save shop time, money, and shipping cost. Identifying the failed component also lets you ship just the part for service.

  • Online troubleshooting resource – cameras, monitors, locators, sondes, apps
  • Camera head – user-replaceable
  • FleXmitter sonde – user-replaceable; refurbished option is available at significant savings
  • CountIR and CountPlus – internal batteries are user-replaceable
  • CSx series monitor software – user-installed updates via app or USB

Before You Ship

When sending equipment to a service center:

  • Include a description of the issue
  • Send only the components that need service
  • Remove the batteries
