Minimize Shop Time, Save Money

SeeSnake systems allow on-site troubleshooting. Users can install software updates and replace common parts like the camera head, sonde, counter, and internal batteries.

• Refurbished replacements are available for camera heads, sondes, and counters sent in for repair
• Camera head service is a core exchange: your damaged head is replaced with a factory-refurbished head. Coverage is determined under the RIDGID Full Lifetime Warranty

Centers that meet RIDGID's requirements for training, turnaround time, and parts stocking (including cable termination kits and refurbished camera heads) carry a Preferred badge.
