Reinstall SeeSnake Monitor Software (Force Update)

SeeSnake monitors will only install software that is NEWER than what it is currently running. Force Update overrides this safety feature and allows you to reinstall the current version or an older version.

NOTE: Force Update works with CS and CSx series monitors except the CS-1000.

Download your monitor software here and follow the instructions for copying the software onto a USB drive: https://support.seesnake.com/csx-series/

Force Update Procedure

1. Monitor OFF
2. Insert USB drive
3. Press and hold Still Image key for ~5 sec while powering on the monitor
4. Install screen will appear, monitor will software from USB
5. Open your monitor's menu and confirm the version number: Menu > Info.
