Checklist
- Bluetooth and Wi-Fi are enabled on your mobile device?
- Charged battery installed in your CSx Via?
- App installed?
- HQx Live (Android/iOS), download from app store
- HQ (Windows) download here: https://support.seesnake.com/hq-for-pcs/
iOS
- Open HQx Live and tap the CSx Via icon (Via will power ON, takes ~20 sec)
- Join the network when prompted
- The video stream will start after Wi-Fi is connected (~10 sec)
Android
- Open HQx Live and tap the CSx Via icon (Via will power ON, takes ~20 sec)
- Your Android Wi-Fi settings will open – wait for your CSx Via to appear, then tap on it to connect
- Go back to HQx Live, after ~20 seconds you’ll see an Android pop-up about Internet access, this is normal
- Select “Connect this time” or “Stay connected”
- Do NOT select “Allow Switch”, this will disconnect you from the CSx Via
- The video stream will start after Wi-Fi is connected
Windows
- Power ON the CSx Via using the Power key on the unit (unit takes ~20 sec to power ON)
- Open your Wi-Fi settings and connect to your CSx Via (may take several sec to appear)
- Open HQ and start a new job
- Open the Live Video tab, select Connections, and choose CSx Via
- Make sure your CSx Via is shows in the Video drop down and make sure your device microphone is shown in the audio dropdown
