  2. Update will not transfer
    1. HQx Live version 2.3.4 will not update more than one monitor of the same model
      1. If two CS6x units have been connected it will update one but not the other
      2. Workaround: delete/reinstall/configure HQx Live, then connect to the monitor you want to update
      3. Should be fixed in the next version of HQx Live
  3. Cannot join Wi-Fi network
    1. Monitor – open Menu, verify Wi-Fi is On and set to Host mode
    2. Phone/tablet/laptop – confirm the monitor’s Wi-Fi is working
      1. Open your device Wi-Fi settings – is the monitor listed in Available Networks?
      2. Give it a few seconds then refresh the list
      3. If you don’t see the Wi-Fi call the product support line: 888-477-5339
    3. iOS – check Wi-Fi Permissions
      1. Open your device Settings, type HQx in the Search bar – when the HQx Live icon appears tap it
        1. If the Search bar is hidden, tap and drag down a bit to reveal it
      2. Make sure the permissions shown below are all are ON
      3. NOTE: some Permissions are only shown after a monitor has been connected
