If you are using a company computer your IT provider may restrict your ability to install and run applications and make changes to your system.
Because HQ must be installed under an Administrator account it may not open or run properly under a standard user profile because the user lacks permission to access the required folders. In order for HQ to open and run properly the user profile must be given access rights to these folders:
- Settings file: %APPDATA%\SeeSnake
- Jobs and updates: %ALLUSERSPROFILE%\SeeSnake
